April 20, 2024: Cadillac, MI 49601 Bay City Western Warriors (Auburn, MI) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Cadillac Vikings (Cadillac, MI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors face the Lapeer Lightning (Lapeer, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 22. Bay City Western will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Lightning enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Swartz Creek (Swartz Creek, MI).
The Vikings now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Traverse City Central for a Big North challenge on Tuesday, April 23. Cadillac will face a Trojans team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 2-3.
