The Big Sky Eagles the host Helena Bengals softball squad by a final score of 8-6 in Saturday's league battle.

The Eagles (8-0) will now prepare for their battle against Butte (Butte, MT). The Bulldogs go into the AA Western battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Butte by Glacier (Kalispell, MT), 12-1, in a league battle.

The Bengals now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Capital for a AA Western battle on Thursday, April 25. Helena will meet a Bruins squad coming off a 13-3 league win over Sentinel (Missoula, MT). The Bruins record now stands at 7-3.
