April 20, 2024: Goodrich, MI 48438 The Goodrich Martians softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets to 0 in the Martians non-league win on Saturday.
The Martians now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Freeland for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 20. Goodrich will confront a Falcons team coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Bullock Creek (Midland, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Detroit Country Day moves to 2-5 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Dakota (Macomb, MI) to confront the Cougars in a non-league battle on Monday, April 22. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 3-2.
