Ohio High School Softball - Southeastern Local bounces Franklin Monroe
April 20, 2024: South Charleston, OH 45368 The Southeastern Local Trojans softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Franklin Monroe Jets to 3 in the Trojans non-league win on Saturday.
The Trojans now sport a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison Plains for a Ohio Heritage South battle on Monday, April 22. Southeastern Local will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 8-4 league win over Cedarville (Cedarville, OH). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, Franklin Monroe moves to 4-14 on the season. The Jets host Trotwood-Madison (Trotwood, OH) to confront the Rams in a non-league battle on Monday, April 22. The Rams come into the battle with a record of 0-2. Trotwood-Madison lost 23-2 in their recent non-league battle against Legacy Christian Academy (Xenia, OH)
