With the triumph, Olympia advances its record to 16-1 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Pleasant Plains (Pleasant Plains, IL) to clash with the Cardinals in a Sangamo test on Monday, April 22. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 15-7.
The Wildcats (19-4) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Zion (Mt. Zion, IL). The Braves go into the non-league test with a 16-1 record. In their last test, Mt. Zion held off Mattoon (Mattoon, IL), 9-3, in a league battle.
