With the win, Voyager Academy advances its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Vikings host Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC) to battle the Patriots in a North Central 1A outing on Wednesday, April 28. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 6-0.

Triangle Math and Science Academy will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Griffins go into the outing with a 0-10 record after their 9-1 league loss to Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC).
