April 21, 2023: Spring Valley, CA 91978 The Steele Canyon Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting High Tech Mesa Thunder to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 14-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bonita Vista for a non-league game on Friday, April 21. Steele Canyon will meet a Barons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA). The Barons record now stands at 14-12.
The Thunder (20-11) will now prepare for their game against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA). The Foothillers enter the non-league game with a 9-8 record. In their last game, Grossmont was dropped by Helix (La Mesa, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
