North Carolina High School Softball - Myers Park knocked off by Hough
April 21, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28209 In Friday's non-league contest, the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) softball team overwhelmed the host Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 9-0.
With the triumph, Hough moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Huskies travel to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league contest on Monday, April 24. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a record of 12-3. Mooresville won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC)
In their next game, the Mustangs play the Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 28. Myers Park will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record.
