Avonworth Antelopes (Pittsburgh, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Valley Vikings (New Kensington, PA), 12-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Antelopes now sport a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freeport for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. Avonworth will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-4.
