April 21, 2023: Kankakee, IL 60901 The Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Kankakee Kays to 0 in the Boilermakers non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Bradley-Bourbonnais moves its record to 13-3 on the year. The Boilermakers travel to Yorkville (Yorkville, IL) to play the Foxes in a non-league game on Saturday, April 22. The Foxes come into the game with a record of 14-1. Yorkville won 8-5 in their recent league game against Oswego East (Oswego, IL)
In their next game, the Kays play the Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL) in a Southland Athletic game, on Monday, April 24. Kankakee will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Raptors come into the game with a 6-8 record after their 17-0 non-league win over Tilden (Chicago, IL).
