The Thomas Jefferson Jaguars routed the host Peters Township Indians softball squad by a count of 16-4 in Friday's league battle.

The Jaguars (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA). The Black Hawks go into the WPIAL 5A 4 battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Bethel Park topped Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA), 8-7, in a league battle.

The Indians now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity for a non-league outing on Monday, April 24.
