Virginia High School Lacrosse - Clover Hill drops to Godwin
April 21, 2025: Richmond, VA 23233 Godwin Eagles (Richmond, VA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Monday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Clover Hill Cavaliers (Midlothian, VA), 23-2 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Godwin advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Eagles host Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA) to play the Wildcats in a Colonial game on Thursday, April 24. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 5-2. Deep Run won 22-2 in their recent league game against Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA)
The Cavaliers now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monacan for a Dominion game on Wednesday, April 23. Clover Hill will play a Chiefs team coming off a 23-3 league loss to Powhatan (Powhatan, VA). The Chiefs record now stands at 3-5.
