Ohio High School Lacrosse - Western Reserve Academy overwhelms Shady Side Academy
April 21, 2025: Hudson, OH 44236 Fans at Monday's non-league test between the Western Reserve Academy Pioneers (Hudson, OH) and the visiting Shady Side Academy Bulldogs (Pittsburgh, PA), witnessed Western Reserve Academy's lacrosse squad overcome Shady Side Academy by a count of 13-6.
The Pioneers (8-0) will now prepare for their test against Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Chagrin Falls was overwhelmed by Jackson (Massillon, OH), 15-1, in a non-league test.
Next, the Bulldogs battle the Fox Chapel Foxes (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 2 test, on Wednesday, April 23. Shady Side Academy will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Foxes enter the test with a 7-3 record after their 14-8 non-league win over Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA).
