With the triumph, Pleasant Plains/New Berlin advances its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Beardstown (Beardstown, IL) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 23. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-10. Beardstown lost 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Williamsville (Williamsville, IL)
The Saints now have a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host St. Thomas More for a Illini Prairie test on Tuesday, April 22. Bloomington Central Catholic will clash with a Sabers team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over St. Teresa (Decatur, IL). The Sabers record now stands at 8-4.
