With the triumph, Columbus North improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Bull Dogs travel to Southport (Indianapolis, IN) to face the Cardinals in a contest on Thursday, April 24. The Cardinals enter the contest with a record of 1-0. Southport won 11-7 in their recent non-league contest against Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN)
The Olympians now hold a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Jennings County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 29. Columbus East will face a Panthers squad coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Franklin County (Brookville, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.
