Kentucky High School Softball - Fairview topped by Boyd County
April 21, 2025: Ashland, KY 41102 Boyd County Lions (Ashland, KY) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Fairview Eagles (Ashland, KY), 14-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Boyd County upgrades its record to 17-9 on the year. The Lions host Fairview (Ashland, KY) to play the Eagles in a District 64 game on Monday, April 21. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 4-5.
The Eagles now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Boyd County for a District 64 game on Monday, April 21. Fairview will play a Lions squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Lakota East (Liberty Township, OH). The Lions record now stands at 15-9.
