The Campbell-Savona Panthers softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Newark Reds to 7 in the Panthers non-league win on Monday.

The Panthers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hammondsport for a Steuben County battle on Wednesday, April 23. Campbell-Savona will confront a Lakers team coming off a 5-4 league loss to Campbell-Savona (Campbell, NY). The Lakers record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Newark moves to 1-5 on the season. The Reds travel to Midlakes (Clifton Springs, NY) to confront the Screaming Eagles in a Finger Lakes East battle on Tuesday, April 22.
