In Monday's league test, the Classical Purple (Providence, RI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Central Knights (Providence, RI), by a count of 14-2.

Next, the Purple meet the Narragansett Mariners (Narragansett, RI) in a Division 3 test, on Thursday, May 1. Classical will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record.
