April 21, 2025: New Britain, CT 06051 The New Britain Golden Hurricanes triumphed over the visiting University Hawks softball squad by a count of 28-12 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Golden Hurricanes meet the Maloney Spartans (Meriden, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. New Britain will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 16-4 non-league win over Windsor (Windsor, CT).
The Hawks (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Academy of Aerospace and Engineering (Windsor, CT). The Jets enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record.
