South Carolina High School Soccer - Providence knocks off Airport
April 22, 2021: West Columbia, SC 29170 Providence Panthers (Lexington, SC) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Airport Eagles (West Columbia, SC), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Camden Bulldogs (Camden, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 26. Providence will attempt to better on its 9-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC).
The Eagles now have a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Aiken for a AAAA Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, April 27. Airport will confront a Thoroughbreds team coming off a 3-1 league win over North Augusta (North Augusta, SC). The Thoroughbreds record now stands at 5-5.
