New York High School Softball - Lyons loses to Midlakes
April 22, 2023: Clifton Springs, NY 14432 The Midlakes Screaming Eagles softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Lyons Lions to 4 in the Screaming Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Midlakes improves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Screaming Eagles travel to Waterloo (Waterloo, NY) to clash with the Tigers in a Finger Lakes East game on Tuesday, April 25. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 4-1. Waterloo lost 10-4 in their recent league battle against Wayne (Ontario Center, NY)
The Lions now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Williamson for a Wayne County battle on Monday, April 24. Lyons will meet a Marauders squad coming off a 17-5 league loss to Sodus (Sodus, NY). The Marauders record now stands at 4-2.
