Louisiana High School Softball - St. Thomas More bounces St. Joseph's Academy
April 22, 2023: Lafayette, LA 70508 St. Thomas More Cougars (Lafayette, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers (Baton Rouge, LA), 13-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 35-3 record. They take the field next when they host St. Joseph's - Plaucheville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 22. St. Thomas More will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 11-8 non-league win over Northside Christian (Crowley, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, St. Joseph's Academy falls to 13-6 on the campaign.
