Virginia High School Soccer - Alexandria City knocks off Unity Reed
April 22, 2024: Manassas, VA 20109 Alexandria City Titans (Alexandria, VA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Unity Reed Lions (Manassas, VA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Titans confront the Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 23. Alexandria City will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Generals enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 4-0 non-league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
The Lions now possess a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Osbourn Park for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. Unity Reed will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Battlefield (Haymarket, VA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-2.
