April 22, 2024: Independence, VA 24348 Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA), 28-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Carroll County upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Cavaliers host Alleghany (Covington, VA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 23. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 5-1. Alleghany lost 14-1 in their recent non-league test against Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA)
