Indiana High School Softball - Bloomington North bounces White River Valley
April 22, 2024: Switz City, IN 47465 Bloomington North Cougars (Bloomington, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host White River Valley Wolverines (Switz City, IN), 19-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloomington South for a Conference Indiana challenge on Wednesday, April 24. Bloomington North will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, White River Valley falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Linton-Stockton (Linton, IN) to battle the Miners in a Southwestern Indiana challenge on Thursday, April 25. The Miners enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. Linton-Stockton won 8-5 in their recent league challenge against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, IN)
