April 22, 2024: Bottineau, ND 58318 The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Bottineau Braves/Stars (Bottineau, ND) and the visiting Harvey Hornets (Harvey, ND), saw Bottineau's softball squad achieve victory over Harvey by a count of 11-0.
The Braves/Stars now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northern Lights for a non-league match on Thursday, April 25. Bottineau will face a squad coming off a 32-0 league loss to Thompson (Thompson, ND). The record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Harvey falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Hornets host Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky] (Turtle Lake, ND) to face the Cougars in a Class B - Region 4 match on Friday, April 26. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 2-2. Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky] lost 11-0 in their recent league match against Beulah (Beulah, ND)
