Maine High School Softball - Brunswick bounces Lincoln Academy
April 22, 2024: Newcastle, ME 04553 The Brunswick Dragons softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Lincoln Academy Eagles to 7 in the Dragons non-league win on Monday.
The Dragons now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Blue for a Class A North battle on Wednesday, April 24. Brunswick will confront a Cougars team coming off a 8-5 league win over Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Lincoln Academy moves to 1-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME) to confront the Panthers in a Class B South battle on Wednesday, April 24. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 3-0. Medomak Valley won 17-0 in their recent league battle against Morse (Bath, ME)
