April 22, 2024: Norwich, CT 06360 The Coventry Patriots softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Norwich Free Academy Wildcats to 1 in the Patriots non-league win on Monday.
The Patriots now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fitch for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 24. Coventry will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to East Lyme (East Lyme, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Norwich Free Academy moves to 3-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Waterford (Waterford, CT) to confront the Lancers in a Eastern Connecticut - Large battle on Wednesday, April 24.
