April 22, 2025: Park Falls, WI 54552 The Chequamegon Screaming Eagles (Park Falls, WI) baseball trounced the visiting Phillips Loggers (Phillips, WI), 11-4 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Screaming Eagles now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Drummond for a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. Chequamegon will play a Lumberjacks team coming off a 13-2 league win over Bayfield (Bayfield, WI). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Phillips drops to 0-5 on the year. The Loggers host Newman (Wausau, WI) to play the Fighting Cardinals in a non-league test on Friday, April 25. The Fighting Cardinals go into the test with a record of 0-5. Newman lost 13-0 in their recent league test against Auburndale (Auburndale, WI)
