April 22, 2025: Potomac, MD 20854 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the The Heights (Potomac, MD) and the visiting St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions (Potomac, MD), saw The Heights's baseball team gain a win over St. Andrew's Episcopal by a tally of 4-0.
The (8-12) will now prepare for their battle against DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD). The Stags enter the Washington Catholic battle with a 16-8 record. In their last battle, DeMatha was overwhelmed by John Carroll (Bel Air, MD), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Lions face the Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers (Washington, DC) in a Mid-Atlantic-MAC battle, on Friday, April 25. St. Andrew's Episcopal will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Mighty Hoppers enter the battle with a 6-9 record after their 9-5 non-league loss to Avalon (Wheaton, MD).
