April 22, 2025: Williamstown, WV 26187 The Williamstown Yellowjackets baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting St. Marys Blue Devils to 1 in the Yellowjackets league win on Tuesday.
The Yellowjackets now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ritchie County for a Little Kanawha test on Thursday, April 24. Williamstown will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 6-3 league loss to Braxton County (Sutton, WV). The Rebels record now stands at 3-14.
With the defeat, St. Marys drops to 6-13 on the year. The Blue devils travel to South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV) to clash with the Hawks in a Little Kanawha test on Thursday, April 24. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 11-8. South Harrison lost 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Frankfort (Ridgeley, WV)
