The Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA) baseball trounced the visiting Bethlehem Catholic Hawks (Bethlehem, PA), 12-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bangor for a challenge on Thursday, April 24. Southern Lehigh will clash with a Slaters team coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA). The Slaters record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, Bethlehem Catholic drops to 5-8 on the year. The Hawks travel to Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Notre Dame-Green Pond lost 13-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Salisbury Township (Allentown, PA)
