Illinois High School Lacrosse - Brother Rice can't hold off St. Rita
April 22, 2025: Chicago, IL 60620 St. Rita Mustangs (Chicago, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the visiting Brother Rice Crusaders (Chicago, IL), 10-9 in a non-league game.
With the victory, St. Rita advances its record to 3-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Fenwick (Oak Park, IL) to play the Friars in a non-league game on Thursday, April 24. The Friars come into the game with a record of 2-0. Fenwick won 10-7 in their recent non-league game against Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL)
The Crusaders now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Providence Catholic for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 6.
