Maryland High School Lacrosse - John Carroll drops to Mount St. Joseph
April 22, 2025: Baltimore, MD 21229 Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting John Carroll Patriots (Bel Air, MD), 13-6 in a league game.
With the victory, Mount St. Joseph advances its record to 10-4 on the season. The Gaels travel to McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD) to play the Eagles in a MIAA A - Black game on Friday, April 25. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 5-4. McDonogh lost 14-9 in their recent non-league game against Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD)
The Patriots now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Spalding for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. John Carroll will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 11-6 league win over Calvert Hall (Baltimore, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-0.
