Maryland High School Lacrosse - Whitman bounces Watkins Mill
April 22, 2025: Bethesda, MD 20817 Fans at Tuesday's league test between the Whitman Vikings (Bethesda, MD) and the visiting Watkins Mill Wolverines (Gaithersburg, MD), witnessed Whitman's lacrosse squad top Watkins Mill by a count of 20-0.
The Vikings (8-0) will now prepare for their test against Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD). The Warriors enter the Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A test with a 9-0 record. In their last test, Sherwood thwarted Rockville (Rockville, MD), 17-6, in a league test.
Next, the Wolverines battle the Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD) in a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A test, on Thursday, April 24. Watkins Mill will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Titans enter the test with a 1-3 record after their 12-7 league loss to Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD).
