Tennessee High School Soccer - St. Andrews-Sewanee nudges Soddy Daisy
April 22, 2025: Sewanee, TN 37375 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host St. Andrews-Sewanee Mountain Lions soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Soddy Daisy Trojans.
The Mountain Lions (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Sequatchie County (Dunlap, TN). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 8-2 record. In their last outing, Sequatchie County was edged by Chattanooga Prep (Chattanooga, TN), 6-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Trojans confront the McMinn County Cherokees (Athens, TN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 24. Soddy Daisy will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Cherokees go into the outing with a 4-8 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TN).
