The Perkins Pirates baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Clyde Fliers to 6 in the Pirates league win on Wednesday.

The Pirates now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ross for a non-league test on Thursday, April 23. Perkins will play a Little Giants team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Clay (Oregon, OH). The Little Giants record now stands at 6-6.

With the defeat, Clyde drops to 4-6 on the year. The Fliers travel to Bellevue (Bellevue, OH) to play the Redmen in a Sandusky Bay - Lake test on Friday, April 24. The Redmen go into the test with a record of 5-3. Bellevue lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Norwalk (Norwalk, OH)
