The Moorhead Spuds baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders to 0 in the Spuds non-league win on Wednesday.

The Spuds now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Shanley for a non-league test on Thursday, April 23. Moorhead will play a Deacons team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND). The Deacons record now stands at 1-4.
