April 23, 2022: LeRoy, IL 61752 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the LeRoy Panthers (LeRoy, IL) and the visiting Dwight Trojans (Dwight, IL), witnessed LeRoy's softball squad tip Dwight by a count of 3-2.
The Panthers now sport a 14-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Argenta-Oreana for a non-league test on Saturday, April 23. LeRoy will encounter a Bombers team coming off a 12-0 league win over Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL). The Bombers record now stands at 8-3.
The Trojans (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL). The Bombers enter the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Argenta-Oreana tipped Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL), 12-0, in a league test.
