April 23, 2024: Somerville, MA 02143 Somerville Highlanders (Somerville, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Cambridge Rindge & Latin Falcons (Cambridge, MA), 6-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Somerville upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Highlanders host Malden (Malden, MA) to battle the Golden Tornados in a Greater Boston test on Monday, April 29. The Golden Tornados come into the test with a record of 5-3.
With the defeat, Cambridge Rindge & Latin falls to 2-4 on the season. The Falcons travel to Newton South (Newton, MA) to battle the Lions in a Dual County test on Friday, April 26. The Lions come into the test with a record of 3-3. Newton South lost 13-1 in their recent league test against Acton-Boxborough (Acton, MA)
