April 23, 2024: Joppa, MD 21085 The Joppatowne Mariners baseball team (Joppa, MD), was overwhelmed 20-1 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Elkton Golden Elks (Elkton, MD)
With the win, Elkton upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Golden Elks travel to Edgewood (Edgewood, MD) to battle the Rams in a Upper Chesapeake Bay test on Wednesday, April 24. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-8. Edgewood lost 15-14 in their recent non-league test against Harford Christian (Darlington, MD)
With the defeat, Joppatowne falls to 1-5 on the season. The Mariners host Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD) to battle the Eagles in a Upper Chesapeake Bay test on Wednesday, April 24. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-7.
