Maryland High School Baseball - Southern defeats Meade
April 23, 2024: Fort Meade, MD 20755 Southern Bulldogs (Harwood, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD), 12-7 in a non-league test.
With the win, Southern upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Bulldogs host Northeast (Pasadena, MD) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, April 26. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-2. Northeast won 9-2 in their recent non-league test against South River (Edgewater, MD)
With the defeat, Meade falls to 0-8 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Broadneck (Annapolis, MD) to battle the Bruins in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 24. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 4-1.
