Virginia High School Softball - King William bounces King & Queen Central
April 23, 2024: King William, VA 23086 Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the King William Cavaliers (King William, VA) and the visiting King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA), witnessed King William's softball squad prevail over King & Queen Central by a count of 11-1.
The Cavaliers now sport a 11-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mathews for a Tidewater match on Thursday, April 25. King William will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 12-1 league loss to Middlesex (Saluda, VA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-8.
With the loss, King & Queen Central moves to 1-6 on the season. The Royal tigers travel to Charles City (Charles City, VA) to face the Panthers in a Tidewater match on Wednesday, April 24. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 0-5. Charles City lost 21-3 in their recent league match against West Point (West Point, VA)
