North Carolina High School Softball - North Stokes holds off South Stokes
April 23, 2024: Danbury, NC 27016 The North Stokes Vikings the visiting South Stokes Sauras softball squad by a count of 5-3 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Vikings (10-11) will now prepare for their battle against Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Rams go into the Northwest 1A battle with a 11-9 record.
The Sauras now sport a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to Elkin for a Northwest 1A battle on Friday, April 26. South Stokes will meet a Buckin' Elks squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Surry Central (Dobson, NC). The Buckin' Elks record now stands at 13-6.
