The Hazel Park Vikings baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Center Line Panthers to 5 in the Vikings league win on Wednesday.

The Vikings now hold a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fitzgerald for a non-league test on Friday, April 25. Hazel Park will play a Spartans team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Clawson (Clawson, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 6-4.

With the defeat, Center Line drops to 2-6 on the year. The Panthers host Clintondale (Clinton Township, MI) to play the Dragons in a Macomb Area - Bronze test on Friday, April 25. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 1-3. Clintondale lost 13-5 in their recent non-league test against Mott (Warren, MI)
