The Seton Catholic Sentinels (Chandler, AZ) baseball trounced the host Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ), 9-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Sentinels now own a 17-9 record. They take the field next when they host Coolidge for a 3A Central challenge on Monday, April 28. Seton Catholic will clash with a Bears team coming off a 28-3 league loss to Florence (Florence, AZ). The Bears record now stands at 6-13.

With the defeat, Globe drops to 9-13 on the year. The Tigers host Apache Junction (Apache Junction, AZ) to clash with the Prospectors in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 28. The Prospectors go into the challenge with a record of 11-10. Apache Junction won 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Combs (San Tan Valley, AZ)
