In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Mercyhurst Prep Lakers baseball team scored a nice 13-3 victory over the Middle Township Panthers.

The Lakers (11-0) will now prepare for their game against Freedom Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 17-5 record. In their last game, Freedom Christian Academy defeated Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA), 16-3, in a non-league game.

Next, the Panthers face the Walsingham Academy Trojans (Williamsburg, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 24. Middle Township will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 11-8 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Lakewood (Hebron, OH).
