In Wednesday's league bout, the Vincennes Rivet Patriots (Vincennes, IN) baseball squad crushed the host Shoals Jug Rox (Shoals, IN), by a score of 24-1.

With the triumph, Vincennes Rivet advances its record to 6-2 on the season. The Patriots host Shakamak (Jasonville, IN) to battle the Lakers in a non-league match on Thursday, April 24. The Lakers come into the match with a record of 3-1.

The Jug Rox now have a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wood Memorial for a Blue Chip match on Monday, April 28. Shoals will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Northeast Dubois (Dubois, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 2-6.
