Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Delaware County Christian Knights (Newtown Square, PA), 18-16 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Kennett moves its record to 1-7 on the season. The Blue Demons host Great Valley (Malvern, PA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league match on Thursday, April 24. The Patriots come into the match with a record of 6-5. Great Valley won 15-0 in their recent non-league match against Unionville (Kennett Square, PA)

The Knights now possess a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Upper Darby for a non-league match on Friday, April 25.
