April 23, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28210 North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC), 7-5 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, North Lincoln moves its record to 14-4 on the season. The Knights travel to Statesville (Statesville, NC) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league match on Friday, April 25. The Greyhounds come into the match with a record of 0-9. Statesville lost 12-2 in their recent non-league match against Hickory (Hickory, NC)
The Sabres now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Myers Park for a non-league match on Friday, April 25. South Mecklenburg will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-4.
